Dick Boettcher opened his State Farm Agency in 1978. He has served as a trustee on the Western Wyoming Community College Board of Trustees since 1998, is currently president of Sweetwater BOCES, is a member of the Sublette and Rock Springs Chamber of Commerce and the Kiwanis Club.

Professionally, Dick is a lifetime member of State Farm’s prestigious President’s Club which is composed of agents who ranked in the top 50, nationwide for five years in a row. He is currently president of the Wyoming Board of Insurance Examiners, by governors appointment. He is a registered representative for State Farm Mutual Funds and is licensed in Wyoming, Utah, Colorado, and Nevada. Dick is also licensed as a Wyoming Mortgage Loan Originator.
In his spare time, Dick enjoys playing golf, snowmobiling, car collecting, traveling, and spending time with his family.
