Location:  Based in Boulder WY serving Southwest Wyoming – Rock Springs, Wamsutter, Pinedale

Are you ready to work hard, stay safe, and be part of a hands-on crew that builds pipelines and oilfield infrastructure? Taylor is looking for Skilled Laborers who thrive in all conditions—rain, shine, or snow—and take pride in doing quality work the right way.

What You’ll Do:

  • Operate tools and equipment such as torque wrenches, pipe threaders, cold cutters, and more.
  • Assist with tasks like stacking skids, stringing, sandblasting, taping, fusion, spacing, bolt-up, and tie-ins.
  • Perform site prep including moving pipe skids, shoveling, and maintaining a clean work area.
  • Support trenching, welding support, coating, and lowering-in operations.
  • Help with final stages including hydrostatic testing, dewatering, pigging, and ROW restoration.

What We're Looking For:

  • Hands-on experience in oilfield or pipeline construction preferred.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous learning.
  • Willingness to mentor new crew members and contribute to a positive team environment.
  • Ability to plan tasks, meet deadlines, and communicate progress effectively.
