Law Enforcement Seeking Info on Driver Who Fled From Wreck

CHEYENNE — Wyoming Highway Patrol is seeking information from the public in regards to a hit and run crash that occurred on June 27th at the intersection of WY 212 (College Drive) and US 85 (South Greeley Highway) around 11:10 p.m. in Cheyenne.

A southbound motorcycle on South Greeley Highway was struck by a passenger car that traveled through the intersection failing to yield to the motorcycle. The passenger car, described as a red sedan, briefly stopped in the Loaf-N-Jug parking lot on the northwest corner of the intersection and then proceeded west on College Drive.

One occupant on the motorcycle was transported to the hospital from the crash with non-life threatening injuries. The suspect vehicle is described as a possible early 2000’s model Pontiac, red in color, with Wyoming license plates. Damage on the suspect vehicle should be located on the front bumper with possible dark blue paint transfer from the motorcycle that was hit.
