ROCK SPRINGS — Athletes from various sports at Western Wyoming Community College participated in the Read Across the School event last Friday.
The athletes went to various elementary schools across Sweetwater County and read to the students there.
The event is held annually to celebrated Dr. Theordor Geisel’s birthday (better known to the world as Dr. Seuss).

Students, staff, parents and the athletes sat in the hallways of the schools reading aloud or silently throughout the day, and a good time was had by all!
