College Hill Health Center announced their closing today by releasing a statement on Facebook to their patients.

The statement read:

“To the patients of College Hill Health Center,

It is with mixed emotions that we are announcing the closing of College Hill Health Center on July 8, 2016. It has been a great pleasure providing for the health care needs of the Rock Springs, Green River and surrounding communities for so many years.

Your medical records are confidential, and a copy can be transferred to another doctor or released to you. We ask that you do fill out a medical record request for transfer or to receive your records. This release can be sent to you, faxed or found at our website of www.chwhc.com

We have greatly valued the relationship with the community and thank you for your loyalty and friendship over the years. Best wishes for you and your future health. Please do not hesitate to call 307-362-1861 with any questions.
