LARAMIE– Wyoming Athletics and the Cowgirl soccer team will be hosting a Pups on the Pitch promotion for its home opener on Sunday, August 19.

The match is set for 1 p.m. MT at the Louis S. Madrid Complex and will feature UW against the Utah Valley Wolverines.

Fans are encouraged to bring their furry friends for the day.

There will be $1 hot dogs for all fans in attendance and there will be free doggy bandanas given out, one per dog while supplies last.

Rules for the Event

• Dogs much be on a non-retractable leash at all times
• Dogs must be accompanied by an Individual 18+ Years of age at all times
• One Dog Per Adult
• Must be current on all Vaccinations
• Must be well-behaved around other dogs and people
• Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their dog
• Owners are solely responsible for the actions of their own dog while around the UW athletic premises
