SOUTHWEST WYOMING — Joyce Virginia Patterson, 63 of Green River, Wyoming passed away at her home on Friday, September 16, 2016. Her death followed a lengthy battle with cancer.
Local emergency responders will honor her service as an Intermediate Emergency Medical Technician for thirty-nine years.
A Mass of Christian will be celebrated at 10:00 A.M. Thursday, September 22, 2016, at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 900 Hitching Post Drive, Green River, Wyoming.
Following the Mass a funeral procession will take place, local emergency services will be participating in the procession.
Three ambulances from Castle Rock Ambulance Service, will be accompanied by ambulances from Sweetwater Medics, Lincoln County, Farson/Eden Ambulance Service and Sublette County Emergency Medical Services.
Law Enforcement agencies will also be represented in the procession, they include the Wyoming Highway Patrol, Green River Police Department, Rock Springs Police Department and Sweetwater County Sheriff’s Office.
Green River Fire Department, Rock Springs Fire Department, and Sweetwater County Fire District Number One will have trucks as well.
