Attention Sweetwater County School District #2 17/18 Kindergarten Parents;

If your incoming Kindergarten student is not yet registered, please visit your home school as soon as possible. Must be age five on or before September 15, 2017.

All registration forms can be located at www.swcsd2.org  on the “Parents” tab, under K-12 Registration.

What to include with your registration paperwork:
· Certified Birth Certificate (must be received prior to 8/23/17)
· Immunization Record (must be received prior to 8/23/17)
· Utility statement with proof of address
