ROCK SPRINGS – Meet Main Street Market vendor – Barbara Solis-Ranta with Brazilian Treats. Barbara will be selling a variety of Brazilian delicacies including Brigadeiro and Brazilian Cheese Bread. Brigadeiro is a chocolate dessert made from sweet condensed milk, cocoa and table cream.

Her Brazilian cheese bread comes in 4 flavors (cheese, bacon, jalapeño, and bacon + jalapeño). It’s made of tapioca starch and 3 cheeses (mozzarella, parmesan and cheddar/jack) so it is GLUTEN FREE!
