Girl Scout Troops 1202, and 1506 welcomed Hailey Bolvipo-Arias to the world on Sunday, March, 19th, 2017. Hailey who is the newborn daughter of Sonia Bolvipo-Arias was named Baby Girl Scout of the Year.
