Governor Matt Mead was the guest speaker and praised the Child Development Center’s efforts to help children with disabilities.

The playground at the new Child Development Center facility was named after and dedicated to Green River Mayor Hank Castillon, who said the honor belonged to several people and that construction of the new facility was a team effort.
