ROCK SPRINGS — According to a Rock Springs Police Department press release:
Chief Mike Lowell advises that:

On November 13, 2014 Detectives with the Rock Springs Police Department Street Crimes Unit along with Uniformed Officers conducted a narcotics related search warrant at 2216 Reagan Avenue #105, Rock Springs, Wyoming after information was developed indicating the use of illegal narcotics being used at that location.
Contact was made with 23 year old Gerrit Farely at the residence. During the search of the residence, Detectives located several narcotic related items including syringes and other packaging materials. During the search Detectives located marijuana and heroin inside of the residence.
Farley was placed under arrest and transported to Sweetwater County Detention Center for Possession of Heroin, Possession of Marijuana, Use of Controlled Substance: Heroin and Use of a Controlled Substance: Marijuana.

On November 15, 2014, on a continuing investigation, Detectives with the Rock Springs Police Department Street Crimes Unit conducted a controlled purchase of heroin involving 21 year old Christian Oueilhe.
Oueilhe was subsequently placed under arrest and transported to Sweetwater County Detention Center for Delivery of Controlled Substance: Heroin, Possession of Heroin and multiple charges of Use of a Controlled Substance including Methamphetamine, Heroin and Marijuana.

On November 17, 2014, on a continuing investigation, Detectives with the Rock Springs Police Department Street Crimes Unit along with Rock Springs Police Uniformed Officers and Green River Police Uniformed Officers conducted a narcotics related search warrant at 256 Bramwell Street, Green River, Wyoming.
Detectives made contact with 30 year old Adam Styles and 25 year old Maggie Krause inside of the residence. During the search of the residence Detectives located 2 grams of Heroin, 1 gram of Liquid Heroin along with numerous syringes and narcotics related items.
Styles was later arrested and transported to Sweetwater County Detention Center for several charges including Delivery of Controlled Substance: Heroin and 2 counts of felony Possession of Heroin and multiple charges of Use of a Controlled Substance including Methamphetamine, Heroin and Marijuana.
Krause was also arrested for Possession of Heroin and transported to Sweetwater County Detention Center.
The investigation is ongoing. All subjects are innocent until proven guilty.
