Wyoming Trucks & Cars is seeking two motivated and driven Sales Associates to join our team. This is a commission-only position, meaning your income potential is entirely in your hands—there is no cap on what you can earn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Understand customer needs and match them with the right vehicle
- Present, demonstrate, and explain vehicle features and benefits
- Conduct test drives and answer questions confidently
- Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales
- Follow up with leads, prospects, and previous customers
- Maintain knowledge of current inventory and promotions
- Complete all required paperwork accurately and efficiently
- Build long-term relationships to generate repeat and referral business
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and people skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Sales experience preferred (automotive experience is a plus, but not required)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license
