  • Safely lifting and carrying equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.

Typical Working Conditions

Work is performed in both office and outdoor mine-site environments. Outdoor work may occur in varied weather, terrain, dust, noise, and site conditions and often requires work in active mining and reclamation areas. Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Environmental Science, Natural Resources, Engineering, Geology, Biology, or a related field; OR a minimum of four years of relevant environmental, mining, reclamation, surveying, land, or similar technical experience.
  • An equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities will be considered.
  • Experience with environmental monitoring and sampling, reclamation, surveying, GIS/CAD, land records, or regulatory compliance is preferred.

Licenses, Registration, and Certifications

  • Valid driver's license and ability to safely operate company vehicles as required by assigned duties.
