DENVER – John Patrick Blust, 48, of Denver, Colorado passed away on Saturday, October 26, 2013. A resident of Denver, Colorado and former resident of Lander, Wyoming and Green River, Wyoming, Mr. Blust passed away suddenly.

He was born in Lander, Wyoming on October 21, 1965, the son of the late Richard C. Blust and Dolores Lewandowski.

Mr. Blust attended schools in Lander, Wyoming and graduated from Lander Valley High School with the Class of 1984. He also attended the University of Wyoming in Laramie, Wyoming.

He served in the United State Army from 1989 to 1997 during the First Gulf War.

Mr. Blust worked as a computer systems analyst.

Survivors include one brother Dick Blust, Jr. and wife Lorna of Rock Springs, Wyoming and one sister Jane Harner and husband Cole of Van Buren, Missouri.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother Brian Blust.

Cremation has taken place and innurnment will be held at the Fort Morgan National Cemetery in Denver, Colorado.
