Tell your children to only go into neighborhoods they are familiar with.

DO NOT EVER enter homes of strangers.

Carry a flashlight, and wear light colored material or reflective tape on your costume.
and make sure the costume is made of a flame retardant material.

Make sure your costume is short enough that you aren’t tripping on it.

When your child comes home, inspect the candy. When in doubt, throw it out.

It is better to use make up than to wear a mask, as a mask can obstruct your vision.

Use the sidewalks and only cross the street at street corners.

Keep your yard well lit, and keep your pets inside.

When driving , be especially careful to watch out for trick-or-treaters.

lf you are having a party, please don’t let anyone drive after drinking alcohol beverages.

We encourage everyone to have a fun, safe time this Halloween!
