ROCK SPRINGS – Learn how to make homemade jerky by participating in an interactive program at Rock Springs Library.Bridger Fuez, an agriculture educator with the University of Wyoming Extension, will be teaching a Jerky Making Class at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 10 at the library, 400 C Street in Rock Springs. Class space is limited, so drop by the library or call 352-6667 to reserve your spot.
Fuez will provide an overview of making jerky from whole muscle, including cooking techniques and valuable tips and tricks to ensure a successful product every time.
