ROCK SPRINGS — The Rock Springs Police Department (RSPD) is seeking information regarding a missing person.

Troy Laughlin, 32, of Green River, was last seen in the early morning hours on July 5 in Rock Springs.

Troy is 5′ 9″, 150 pounds with brown hair, and green eyes. He was last seen wearing a gray T-shirt, blue jeans, and gray sneakers.
