ROCK SPRINGS — The Rotary Club of Rock Springs will be hosting a Flag Day ceremony on June 14th at 9:00 a.m. at the giant flag on Dewar and Gateway Boulevard.
The Rock Springs Rotary Club purchased and maintains the flag. The first flag was flown on the first anniversary of the 9/11 attacks.
Due to the high cost of maintaining the flag and pole the Rotary Club is looking for help mitigating the cost of purchasing extra flags and repairing the damage caused by high winds.

The Rotary Club thanked their flag sponsors for their support, they include; Memorial Hospital of Sweetwater County, Questar, Rocky Mountain Bank, Solvay and the United Steelworkers Union Local 13214.
