ROCK SPRINGS — Chief Mike Lowell advises that on Friday January 31, 2014, Rock Springs Police Department Street Crimes Detectives arrested Seth A. Trafton, age 22, on a Sweetwater County Warrant for unlawful manufacture/delivery of heroin.

While being placed under arrest, two suspected heroin bindles were located with Trafton. Trafton was additionally charged with possession of heroin and transported to the Sweetwater County Detention Center.

All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
