ROCK SPRINGS – A three vehicle wreck occurred on Interstate 80 Sunday afternoon at approximately 2:20 p.m. at the 127 mile marker. Preliminary reports indicate two patients were transported from the scene by ambulance. One patient needed to be extracted due to vehicle damage.

The wreck closed the east bound lane for some time.

Unfortunately no more information was available due to a high workload that day for Highway Patrol troopers.
