LARAMIE — University of Wyoming football announced today that senior linebacker Logan Wilson was named one of six finalists for the Butkus Award® honoring the nation’s best linebacker at the high school, college and professional level.

Wilson is the only college finalist not from a power five conference team.

The Casper native recorded eight tackles and an interception in Wyoming’s Border War victory against Colorado State on November 22.
