NORFOLK, Va. – Wyoming men’s and women’s swimming and diving programs have been named College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) Scholar All-America Teams. The award recognizes teams that achieved a grade point average of 3.0 or higher during the 2016 Fall Semester.
“I’m really proud of our team’s success in the pool and the classroom,” UW head coach Tom Johnson said. “Thirty of our student-athletes also made either the President’s list, the Dean’s list, the Provost’s list or the Freshman Honor Roll.”
The Cowboys earned a cumulative 3.14 GPA in the fall, while the Cowgirls recorded a 3.28 team GPA. Both men’s and women’s squads have one more dual on the schedule before conference championships begin in February.
