ROCK SPRINGS — According to witnesses this vehicle was rear ended by a semi in the eastbound lane of Interstate 80 near the 113 mile marker. The driver of the car was transported to the hospital with minor injuries. The driver of the semi refused treatment. The Wyoming Highway Patrol said that traffic is cleared and the incident is still under investigation.
