What do you need to vote?
Before Election Day
If you registered to vote by mail and are voting in Wyoming for the first time, be sure to bring your Wyoming driver’s license, Wyoming state ID card, or a current utility bill, bank statement, government check, paycheck, or government document that shows your name and address when you vote
Election Day
If you’re already registered, you don’t need to show ID to vote
If you’re registering to vote on Election Day, be sure to bring one of the following:
- Wyoming driver’s license
- Different state or US territory driver’s license
- ID card issued by a local, state or federal government or agency
- US passport
- Photo ID card issued by the University of Wyoming, a Wyoming Community College, or a Wyoming Public School
- US Military ID
- ID Card issued to a dependent of a member of the US Armed Forces
- An ID card issued by the governing body of the Eastern Shoshone tribe of Wyoming or Northern Arapahoe tribe of Wyoming
