NEW HAMPSHIRE — Brian Allen Shaw, 36, of Rochester, New Hampshire passed away on Saturday, August 13, 2016. He was a former longtime resident of Rock Springs.
He was born on December 6, 1979 in Rock Springs, Wyoming, the son of Mike and Kathy Shaw.
Mr. Shaw attended schools in Rock Springs and was a 1998 graduate of the Rock Springs High School.
He was a United States Army Veteran and an United States Air Force Veteran.
Mr. Shaw was employed as a detention officer for many years and also was a car salesman for a Subaru Dealership.
His interests included playing video games and he was an avid outdoorsman.
Survivors include his parents Mike and Kathy Shaw of Rock Springs, Wyoming; two brothers Mike Shaw Jr. and wife Trisha of Rock Springs, Wyoming and Brad Shaw and wife Shannon of Woodland, California; two sisters Tara Saltrick and husband Matt and Stephanie Mlinar and husband Matt all of Rock Springs, Wyoming; paternal grandparents Vernon and Mary Shaw of Rosiclare, Illinois; maternal grandparents Lance and Nila Hall of Big Piney, Wyoming; nieces and nephews Eric Weber, Kayla Weber, Ashley Shaw, Christopher Shaw, Cory Saltrik; one great- grandnephew Kellin Shaw; several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother Ruth Stacey.
Following cremtion, a celebration of life will be conducted at 12:00 P.M., Saturday, August 27, 2016 at the Rock Springs Evangelical Free Church, 125 Firestone, Rock Springs, Wyoming. Military Honors will take place at the church. Friends may call at the church on Saturday one hour prior to services.
