Rudy Edward Maestas, 59, of Cheyenne, WY passed away July 1, 2021 surrounded by family.

Rudy was born November 13, 1961 in Rock Springs, WY to Manuel and Elma (Dominguez) Maestas. He married Mary Schultz in September, 2001 in Green River, WY. Rudy worked for many years as a janitor at the Wyoming Department of Transportation.

Rudy is survived by his son, Zachary Schultz of Cheyenne; mother, Elma Maestas of Green River; siblings: Daniel Maestas of Green River, Jane (Robert) Romero of Taylorsville, UT, Wyola Medina of Las Vegas, NV, George Maestas of Torrington, WY, Marcella (Ronnie) Montoya of Green River, Manuel (Terri) Maestas Jr. of Green River, Florippe (Benito) Lopez of Vadito, NM, Betty (Richard) Mendoza of Henderson Nevada, Marian (Les) Punches, Floyd (Teresa) Maestas, Arthur Maestas, all of Green River, Lula Villa of Rock Springs, Tina (Kevin) Goglio of Green River, and Bernadette (Brad) Wilson of Rock Springs; and many nieces and nephews.

Rudy was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Maestas (Schultz) father, Manuel Maestas, and brother, David Maestas.
