Alliance Physical Therapy has undergone significant growth over the last 10 years.
Not only have we widened our footprint by adding another location in Sweetwater County in Green River, Wyoming we have expanded into Uinta County in Lyman, Wyoming.
In addition, we have added other services including: Occupational Therapy in 2017, Speech Therapy in 2020, and now starting in Rock Springs on January 4th, 2023, Chiropractic care!
To encompass all of these providers and services added, we are excited to announce Alliance Physical Therapy is now Alliance Therapy & Chiropractic!

Meet Dr. David Tarr, DC
Dr. Tarr has a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from University of Western States and has been serving the Rock Springs and Green River communities for the past four years. Dr. Tarr’s treatment philosophy is patient centered, research based care.
He utilizes diversified manual adjusting techniques, as well as drop table (Thompson) and Activator techniques. He has experience treating a variety of musculoskeletal problems, including sciatica, headaches, back and neck pain, injuries, and pregnancy pains. He is originally from Puyallup, Washington and enjoys snowboarding, duck hunting, reading, and camping in his free time.
