ROCK SPRINGS – Bill L. Broseghini, 88, of Rock Springs, Wyoming passed away at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City, Utah. A lifelong resident of Rock Springs, Wyoming, Mr. Broseghini passed away suddenly.

He was born on May 21, 1925 in Rock Springs, Wyoming, the son of the late Louis Broseghini and Colomba Filippi.

Mr. Broseghini attended schools in Rock Springs, Wyoming and graduated from Rock Springs High School. He also attended the University of Wyoming and graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree, with Honors, in electrical engineering in March of 1951.

He served in the United States Navy during World War II.

Mr. Broseghini married Rose Mary Clark in Rock Springs, Wyoming on March 21, 1949.

He worked as an electrical engineer for Magnavox, Bechtel and later Black Butte Coal. He retired in 1991.

His interests included working on cars and remodeling, building his home, the outdoors and spending time with his family. He had a love for all animals.

Survivors include two sons, James Broseghini of Austin, Texas and Thomas Broseghini and companion Jody of Rock Springs, Wyoming; one daughter Debra Pivik and husband DeWayne of Rock Springs, Wyoming; one sister Edith Magnetti of Rock Springs, Wyoming; four grandchildren Justin Broseghini, Kody Pivik, Erik Pivik and James Craig and several cousins, nephews and nieces.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Funeral Services will be conducted at 10:00 A.M. Monday, January 13, 2014 at the Vase Funeral Chapel, 154 Elk Street, Rcok Springs, Wyoming. Interment will be in the Rock Springs Municipal Cemetery. Friends may call at the Vase Chapel on Sunday from 4:00 P.M. until 6:00 P.M. and on Monday at the chapel , one hour prior to services.

The family will be receiving relatives and friends at 725 Burr Street in Rock Springs, Wyoming.
