In compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and the Council on Environmental Quality NEPA regulations effective September 14, 2020, the Bureau of Reclamation, Provo Area Office, has completed a draft Environmental Assessment (EA) to determine the environmental impacts of authorizing a rotenone treatment in Big Sandy Reservoir, proposed by Wyoming Game and Fish Department. An electronic copy of the draft EA is available for your review at https://www.usbr.gov/uc/DocLibrary/ea.html.

All comments on the draft EA will be considered in determining whether to execute a Finding of No Significant Impact and to authorize the rotenone treatment.
