The Castle Rock Medical Center Health Fair is this Saturday, from 9 am to noon.
We hope to see you this Saturday, February 24, at our annual health fair, 1400 Uinta Drive.
If you’ve had your screening tests done earlier this month, Saturday is the time to pick them up and discuss the results with one of our providers.
Everyone is welcome to attend!
We will have a free blood pressure check station and other informative wellness and community outreach booths. It’s also an opportunity to understand what services are offered at Castle Rock Medical Center for you and your family.
If you haven’t already done so, we’ll help you set-up your patient portal. Once you are set-up, it’s easy to access your own medical records online, 24/7, in a safe and confidential way.
Health Fairs are a great way to establish a medical home — which is another way of saying establishing a relationship with providers and clinic staff so that when you or a family member need medical assistance, you’ll know where to go.
