informative wellness and community outreach booths. It’s also an opportunity to understand what services are offered at Castle Rock Medical Center for you and your family.

If you haven’t already done so, we will help set-up your patient portal. Once you are set-up, it’s easy to access your own medical records online, 24/7, in a safe and confidential way.

Health Fairs are a great way to establish a medical home — which is another way of saying
