ROCK SPRINGS – Eva Inez Muller, 81, of Rock Springs, Wyoming passed away on Thursday, September 5, 2013 at her home surrounded by her loving family. A longtime resident of Rock Springs, Wyoming, Mrs. Muller passed away following a brief illness.
She was born in Abilene, Texas on March 24, 1932, the daughter of Leo C. Morse and Eula B Hickman.
Mrs. Muller attended schools in Lusk, Wyoming and graduated high school there.
She married Don C. Muller in 1951 and they divorced in 1973 and together they had three children.
Mrs. Muller worked as a dispatcher for Halliburton for thirty years.
Her interests included playing bingo, skip-bo with her best friend Joann Boyer, spending time with family and friends and she loved animals, especially Payton, Jan’s eight pound Poodle.
Survivors include two sons James C. Muller and wife Brenda of Rock Springs, Wyoming and Jeffrey C. Muller and wife Terri of Garrison, North Dakota; one daughter Jan N. Haapala and husband Arvid of Rock Springs, Wyoming; four grandchildren Amy Jo Cox and husband Dillon of Rock Springs, Wyoming, Jennifer Zimmerman and husband Richie of Rock Springs, Wyoming, Sarah Kaye Muller of Rock Springs, Wyoming and Christopher Carl Muller, serving in the United States Air Force in Italy; six great-grandchildren A.J. Muller and wife Chloe, Daylin Ann Cox, Ian John Cox, Trayton Haapala, Elijah Muller and Audrey Muller all of Rock Springs, Wyoming and one great-great Dawson John Muller of Rock Springs, Wyoming.
She was preceded in death by her parents, ex-husband Don C. Muller and one son who died in infancy.
Following cremation, memorial services will be conducted at 11:00 A.M. Monday, September 9, 2013 at the Vase Funeral Chapel, 154 Elk Street, Rock Springs, Wyoming. Friends may call at the Vase Chapel one hour prior to services.
