Flags will fly at half-staff in honor of former Wyoming Legislator Alvin Wiederspahn at the State Capitol and in Laramie County

LARAMIE — Governor Matthew H. Mead has ordered the State of Wyoming flag be flown at half-staff from sunrise to sunset on Thursday, October 30, 2014 at the Capitol in Cheyenne and in Laramie County in honor of former Wyoming Legislator Alvin Wiederspahn who passed away October 24, 2014.

Mr. Wiederspahn served in the Wyoming House of Representatives (1979 – 1984) and the Wyoming Senate (1985 – 1988).
