GREEN RIVER – Green River’s Farmer’s Market is this Wednesday, are you ready? This week we are featuring Earthwise Herbal, run by Mary Conley.
Conley moved to Green River from South Carolina in January and she brought a vast knowledge of herbal remedies and alternative forms of medicine to share with the community.
Conley has been an Herbalist for five years and she began studying Reiki about the same time. She has also been a practicing Massage Therapist since 2011. At the Earthwise Herbal stall at the Farmer’s Market you can find healing teas and tinctures as well as any array of salves to help heal the little one’s bumps and burses and keep the mosquitoes (skeeters) away.
“Here at Earthwise Herbal, our aim is to ‘Harness the Wisdom of the Earth’ in an effort to bring balance to your Mind, Body, Spirit and Environment,” Conley said on her Facebook page.
Mary wants to teach people the many ways in which herbs can be used to keep you health and prevent illness before you get sick.
