GREEN RIVER — The Green River High School (GRHS) dance team competed at the Wyoming High School State Spirit competition Thursday in which the team placed third in the 3A Jazz Dance category.
GRHS secured the third-place finish with 92.833 points.
Star Valley High School placed first with 98.833 points and Powell High School took second with 93.833 points. Coming in fourth, was Lovell High School with 83.667 points.

GRHS senior dancer Sydney Ferrer was also selected to dance on the 2021 Wyoming All State Dance Team. Ferrer is the dance captain of the Wolf Pack Dance Team.
Additionally, head coach Debi Kovick was awarded 3A Coach of the Year.
