GREEN RIVER– The community came out in full force Thursday night to cheer on the two teams who spend their seasons cheering on and supporting everyone else- the Green River High School cheer and dance teams.
The two teams hosted their spirit showcase in which they performed all of their routines they will be performing at state Wednesday, March 11 in Casper.
The teams have been practicing for nearly nine months and it all comes down to the state spirit competition.

​The cheer team performed all three of their routines, which include Game Day, All Girl, and Co-ed. During the showcase, the cheerleaders encouraged the audience to get involved in the cheers, as audience participation counts toward their points at the state competition.
The dance team performed their two routines, which are hip hop and jazz.
