ROCK SPRINGS – John R. Agostini, 52, of Rock Springs, Wyoming passed away on Saturday, April 19, 2014 at his home.  He had been a life long resident of Rock Springs, Wyoming,

He was born on June 26, 1961 in Rock Springs, Wyoming, the son of the late Joe and Dragica Agostini.

Mr. Agostini attended schools in Rock Springs and was a 1979 graduate of the Rock Springs High School.

He married Kim Wright Agostini on August 31, 1985.

Mr. Agostini was a salesman at the Tire Den for thirty six years from 1975 until 2011 when he became disabled.

He was a member of Holy Spirit Catholic Community.

His interests included spending time with his family, cooking, camping, hunting, and spending time with his Sheltie and his grand-puppies.  He also enjoyed traveling with family and friends.

Survivors include his wife Kim Wright Agostini of Rock Springs, Wyoming; his daughter Shalane Alisha Agostini of Rock Springs, Wyoming; his  son Sean Joseph Agostini of Rock Springs, Wyoming; his brother Joe Agostini and wife Carol of Rock Springs, Wyoming; his  brother-in-law Kevin Wright and wife Kathy of Rock Springs, Wyoming; his sister-in-law Karla Wright Farnsworth and husband Kip of Rock Springs, Wyoming; his mother-in-law Pat Wright of Rock Springs, Wyoming; several aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents Joe and Dragica Agostini.; his father-in-law C.C. Wright,  Jr., and his grandparents.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 12:00 Noon on Saturday, April 26, 2014 at the Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church, 116 Broadway, Rock Springs, Wyoming.  A vigil service with rosary will be recited at 6:00 P.M. on Friday at the church.  Interment will be in the Rock Springs Municipal Cemetery.  Friends may call at the church on Friday one hour prior to the rosary and on Saturday morning at the church until time of services.
