ROCK SPRINGS — During Engineering Week, taking place from February 20th-24th, Western Wyoming Community College has joined The University of Wyoming, to celebrate the Engineers who make a world of difference.

This week third-grade classrooms throughout Wyoming will bring engineering to life by partnering with professional and college-level engineers to engage in a hands-on activity that will inspire innovative thinking and design.

To kick off the week, Desert View Elementary, Deborah Stainbrook 3rd grade class, and Northpark Elementary, Melisa Havskjold 3rd grade class teamed up with local Engineers Dan Hayes, Civil Engineer at Inberg Miller and Geno Ferrero from JFC Engineers Surveyors.
