
She was born on January 11, 1930 in Evanston, Wyoming, the daughter of the late Roy E. and Verla Robinson.
Mrs. Osterling attended schools in Evanston, Wyoming and was a 1948 graduate of the Evanston High School.
She married Neil Osterling and they were married for many years. He preceded her in death on April 15, 1993.
Mrs. Osterling was employed at the Evanston Medical Group as a Medical Office Assistant. She began working there in 1962 and retired in 1992.
She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
Her interests were art, bowling, shopping and calligraphy. She was a member of TOPS for many years, and she had won TOPS woman of the year for losing the most weight.
Survivors include two sons Brad Osterling and wife Tammy of Green River, Wyoming and Todd Osterling and wife Wendy of Evanston, Wyoming; one daughter Linda Shaw and husband Brent of Dillon, Montana; two sisters Shirley Bradley and husband Rod of Overland Park, Kansas and Pat Smith and husband Merle of Morgan, Utah; sister-in-law Joni Robinson of Loveland, Colorado; six grandchildren Seth and Erin Osterling, Lindsay Shaw, Brandon Keith, Sara and Cody Poll; two great grandchildren Ethan and Kaden Poll; several nieces and nephews; her constant companion Rascal.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Neil; her in-laws; and one brother Richard Robinson.
Cremation has taken place and there will be no memorial services at this time.
