Castle Rock Hospital District’s 11th Annual Heath Fair is scheduled for Saturday, April 1 from 9am-12pm at Castle Rock Medical Center.

At the Health fair, participants may pick up their results and review them with a health care provider.

FREE blood pressure checks will be offered and Patient Portal information and set up help will be available.

The community is encouraged to stop by 1400 Uinta Dr in Green River and see what local health care and outreach services are available.
