Moisture was moving  along and behind a  frontal boundary located across Wyoming this morning. This moisture will leave the Cowboy State by this afternoon.  Some lingering light snow will be found, mainly over the eastern sectiions of the state this morning. Otherwise…the main hazard for today will be a combination of cold air and breezy conditions across Johnson County…which will result in extremly cold wind chill termperatures.
