RSPD Investigating Theft Of Two Kimber Pistols From Elk Bomb Shooting Supply

ROCK SPRINGS — The Rock Springs Police Department is seeking the public’s help in identifying the person who allegedly took two 1911 style pistols from Elk Bomb Shooting Supply on February 17, 2018, around 5:00 pm.

Police say they would like to speak to a person of interest in his early twenties, approximately 5’4″ tall and 120 pounds, he has short brown hair and gauged ears.

Elk Bomb posted that the man inquired about ordering an extended magazine for a Jimenez .380 pistol.

The stolen pistols are described as a Kimber Stainless Pro Carry II and a Kimber Custom Carry II.
