RIVERTON – The National Weather Service Office in Riverton reported that “a complex winter storm continues to move across the intermountain west. The first wave dropped over one foot of snow snow across portions of the far west yesterday. Wind gusts across central and eastern portions of the forecast area exceeded 70 mph in some places, most notably on Outer Drive in south Casper.
