ETHETE — The Green River Wolves spent Saturday at the 3A Cross Country Championships in Ethete.

The quickest time for Green River was Nathan Stevenson’s who ended up placing in the top 15 in the boys division. Stevenson blazed through the course, finding the 14th best time at 17:36.67. Hale Iwen, Shay O’Melia, James Harper and Marcos Mandujano finished the race 53rd, 67th, 84th and 102nd respectively.

As a team, the boys finished 12th best with 320 team points.

On the girls side, the Lady Wolves finished seventh overall as a team with 215 team points.

Isabelle Murdock took 26th place with a time of 21:48:83. Following close behind was Madison Murdock in 30th and Lily Murdock in 33rd. Jayleigh Wright, Jordan Parker, Meeka Iwen and Vanessa Valerio finished 62nd, 66th, 72nd and 80th respectively.
