CHEYENNE – Wyoming Department of Transportation striping crews are scheduled for work in Park and Fremont counties this week.
WYDOT’s rural striping crew is scheduled to be painting lines on U.S. 14/16/20 west of Cody this week, weather permitting.
WYDOT’s urban striping crew is scheduled for striping in Park County early this week, and weather permitting, moves to paint lines on highways in Fremont County, including Hudson, later this week.
“Things to remember when approaching a striping crew in operation include decreasing speed, paying attention to the message boards on equipment, remember that paint may be wet, do not pass in and out of striping equipment, and use caution when passing and only do so when it’s safe and legal,” said WYDOT urban striping foreman Joe Keele of Basin.
