On Saturday, Aug. 8th, make your way to Bunning Park for a full day of music and fun for the 9th annual Sweetwater Blues n’ Brews Festival!
This year’s festival is put on in partnership by Downtown Rock Springs and YAP -Young and Professional of Sweetwater County. This has been the biggest fundraiser of the year for the Downtown area and has been a favorite among the community. Admission is $5 for the full-day event.
There will also be vendors available for non-alcoholic beverages and an assortment of food. Feel free to bring your own chairs and blankets to enjoy the concerts.
VOLUNTEER
The event is less than a month away and there is still some need for volunteers. There are many different shifts and jobs to select from so please visit our website, fill out an application and then select the shift(s) that fit your schedule. You can also call the Downtown Rock Springs office at 307-352-1434 to volunteer.
We are really excited for this year’s Blues n’ Brews. By partnering the URA and YAP together on this event we had a lot of success last year in securing new sponsorships and we will have a few new brewers this year. We couldn’t do this without the support of the URA, the City of Rock Springs, and our gracious sponsors. We hope to see everyone there.”
