WYOMING — Pursuant with Public Law 107-51 Lowering of Flag in Honor of National Fallen Firefighters Memorial Service, this is to order that the flags of the United States of America and the State of Wyoming are to be flown at half-staff on all local, state, and federal buildings and grounds in Wyoming in respect and memory of our nation’s fallen firefighters on Sunday, October 12, 2014.
