GILLETTE — The Green River Wolves tennis team finished the season in Gillette at the state tennis championships.
The Lady Wolves finished in the top five with a team score of 20.5 points. Megan Counts reached the championship match for the No. 2 Singles, losing in two sets.. Counts brought home hardware with a second-place finish.
On the boys side, the Wolves finished sixth overall as a team with 19 points. Braxton Cordova reached the consolation championship match in the No. 1 Singles, losing in two sets.
