The Young at Heart Center, is excited to announce that we will be offering breakfast to our Home Delivered Meals Clients: regular clients and new clients. This will begin on Monday Nov. 17, 2014. Breakfast will be delivered Monday through Friday from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m.

Those wishing to have breakfast will need to call the Center by 3:30 p.m., the day before to be put on the delivery for the next day. The Charge will be $2.50 per breakfast meal.

Only those who are homebound are eligible to have breakfast delivered. Homebound requirements are as follows: those unable to leave the home and those who are over 19 and disabled and unable to leave the home.

Those that already receive special funding for their lunches will also be eligible for the same funding for breakfast. To find out about special funding and if you are eligible, contact the Daphne Palmer, Meals Coordinator.

The menu for breakfast will be simple and the same each week. Clients may order breakfast as many days as they wish: Monday – Friday delivery
